Add another Google Ads account
If you manage paid search for more than one company or product (a holding company, an agency, multiple brands), Hero Marketer can hold multiple Google Ads accounts in one workspace.
Plan limits
How many accounts you can add depends on your plan:
- Pro. 1 account.
- Growth. 1 account.
- Agency. Up to 10 accounts.
If you're on Pro or Growth and need more, Upgrade your plan before adding. The app will show a limit reached screen if you try to add an account beyond your allowance.
Add an account
- Open settings, then the Google Ads accounts tab.
- Click Add account.
- The Google authorization screen opens. Sign in with the Google identity that has access to the account you want to add.
- Pick the account from the list of accounts that identity has access to.
- Click Use this account. Hero Marketer fetches the time zone and currency, then routes you to product setup for the new account.
- Add at least one product on the new account. See Add another product.
What gets shared between accounts
Each account in Hero Marketer is independent. They have:
- Their own products.
- Their own campaign history and dashboard.
- Their own Google Ads connection (separate OAuth tokens).
What's shared:
- Your Hero Marketer subscription and credit balance. Credits are pooled across all accounts you connect, not per account.
- Your Hero AI usage limits.
- Your billing settings.
Switching between them
The account switcher at the top of the sidebar lets you toggle. See Switch between accounts.
A few common cases
Linked accounts under a Google manager (MCC). If your Google identity is on a manager account that has child accounts, you'll see all the children when you connect. Pick the one you want as a Hero Marketer account. To add a sibling, run Add account again.
Same Google identity, different account. If you want to add another account under the same Google identity, run Add account and pick a different account from the list. You won't need to re authenticate.
Different Google identity. Run Add account and sign in with the other Google identity when Google's authorization screen opens.
