Add another product
To add a product, open Account → Products in the sidebar, click Add product, fill in the name, website, and description, and click Analyze. Hero Marketer builds the product context. You review and refine it, then save. The product is available in the campaign wizard the same day.
A product in Hero Marketer is one brand or offering you market inside a Google Ads account. Each Google Ads account can hold more than one product, and each product carries its own description, its own product context, and its own campaign history.
How many products you can add
Products are capped per Google Ads account, and the cap depends on your plan:
- Pro. 1 product per account.
- Growth. Up to 10 products per account.
- Agency. Up to 10 products per account.
If you reach the cap, the add-product flow shows a limit-reached screen with an upgrade prompt instead of the form. On Pro, adding a second product to an account means upgrading to Growth or Agency first, see Compare plans.
When a separate product makes sense
Add a new product, rather than reusing an existing one, when:
- You launch a new brand under the same Google Ads account.
- You want to advertise a sub-product on its own: a free tier, an enterprise tier, or a specific feature with its own buyer.
- You acquire a company and want to run its ads through your account.
The test is positioning. If two offerings share keywords, ad copy, and audience, they should be one product. If they have meaningfully different positioning or buyer types, make them separate products so their keyword clusters and ad copy don't blur together.
Add a product
- Open Account → Products in the sidebar.
- Click Add product. The wizard opens with two steps: the product details, then the analysis.
- Fill in the form:
- Product name. What customers know it as. Up to 100 characters.
- Website URL. Where your ads send traffic by default.
- Description. What the product does, who it's for, and what problem it solves. Up to 1,000 characters.
- Click Analyze. Hero Marketer reads the description and website and builds the product context for the product.
- Review the product context. You can edit the customer profile, pain points, jobs, value props, and competitors inline. Correct anything the analysis got wrong before you save.
- Click Save and create campaign. The product saves to the active Google Ads account and the campaign wizard opens.
Adding a product runs an AI analysis to build its product context, so it costs a small amount of credits. For what the product context contains and how to sharpen each section, see What product context is.
After you add a product
The new product appears immediately in the campaign wizard's product picker, so you can build a campaign for it the same day. Existing campaigns are unaffected. Each campaign stays tied to the product it was built for, and adding a product does not touch them.
Edit a product later
A product's name, description, and product context can all be edited after you add it, from the same Account → Products page. Editing is free; see Update a product.
Delete a product
To remove a product, open Account → Products, click the product, click Delete, and confirm the dialog.
Deleting a product removes its product record, its product context, and its saved campaign drafts from Hero Marketer. Campaigns already created in Google Ads are not paused, edited, or removed. They keep running. If you delete your only product, Hero Marketer returns you to onboarding so you can set up a product before building campaigns or using account tools again.
