Change a business's name or logo, or delete it
To change the name or logo of a business, or to delete it, open Settings > Business. To open Settings, click your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Settings. This page changes the active business. To change another business, switch to it first. See Switch between businesses.
Change the name of a business
- Open Settings > Business.
- Type the new name in Business name.
- Click Save.
Add or change the logo of a business
A logo shows on the tile at the top of the sidebar and in the business menu. A business with no logo shows the first letter of its name.
- Open Settings > Business.
- Click Upload logo or Replace logo.
- Select the file.
The logo must be a PNG, JPEG or WebP file of up to 4 MB. Hero Marketer does not accept SVG files. The logo shows in a square on a white background. A white logo on a clear background does not show. Use a logo with a color.
To remove the logo, click Remove.
Delete a business
You cannot undo a delete. To delete a business:
- Open Settings > Business.
- Click Delete business.
- Type the name of the business.
- Click Delete business.
What a delete removes
A delete disconnects the ad accounts of the business. The daily checks stop for those accounts, and their open alerts are resolved. The delete also removes these items of the business:
- Products, brands and ad images.
- Hero AI chats.
- Reports and dashboards.
- The logo.
What a delete does not change
- Your campaigns. They keep running on each platform.
- Your credit balance. It does not change.
- Other users. Another user who connected the same ad account keeps the account and their own work.
- The free scan. If you connect the account again, it does not get a second free scan.
You cannot delete your only business
You must keep one business. To close your Hero Marketer account, see Close your account.
Free a slot at the limit of 10 businesses
You can have up to 10 businesses. To add another at the limit, delete a business that you no longer use. To combine two businesses and keep their products, merge them. See Merge two businesses.
