Update your profile

Your profile is the small set of personal details Hero Marketer keeps about you, separate from your accounts, products, and subscription.

You can reach the page two ways: through the sidebar (Account → Profile), or by clicking your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar and picking Profile from the dropdown. The dropdown also has shortcuts to Plan & credits and Log out if you don't need the full Profile page.

Edit your display name​

  1. Open Account → Profile.
  2. Edit the Full name field.
  3. Click Save changes.

The name updates everywhere you see your identity in the app: the sidebar, Hero AI greetings, and any places we surface a "you" reference.

Email is read-only​

Sign-in is handled by Google, so your email comes from your Google identity. You can't edit it inside Hero Marketer.

If you need to switch the email Hero Marketer is tied to:

  • You're moving to a different Google identity. Sign in with the new identity. That creates a separate Hero Marketer account. To carry your subscription, accounts, and products across, contact support.
  • The address on the Google identity itself changed. Hero Marketer picks up the new email automatically the next time you sign in.

There's no password to manage​

Authentication runs through Google. There's no Hero Marketer password to change, reset, or rotate. Lost access usually traces back to your Google account; recover it through Google's standard flows.

Sign out​

The Profile page has a Sign out button at the bottom. The avatar dropdown at the bottom of the sidebar also has Log out if you want to skip the page entirely. Either clears the session on this device — next visit, you'll sign in with Google again.

Signing out doesn't delete anything. To stop your subscription entirely, see Cancel your subscription.
