What the campaign wizard creates
When you click Create campaign, Hero Marketer publishes one Google Search campaign to your Google Ads account. Publishing takes 30 to 60 seconds and uses no credits. Hero Marketer turns the campaign on as the last step. You do not have to enable it. The ads serve after Google approves them. Hero Marketer then opens your dashboard and shows the message Campaign created.
Settings of the campaign
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Campaign type | Search |
| Networks | Google Search only. Search partners and Display are off. |
| Location | The one country that you picked. Presence targeting: people who are in that country. |
| Language | English |

| Status | Enabled |
| Daily budget | The Budget of the selected keyword cluster divided by 30.4, rounded down to the cent |
| Bidding strategy | The strategy in Advanced settings. The default is Maximize clicks (default). |
The campaign name is the name in Advanced settings. The automatic name has this format: Search | category | seed keyword | country code.
Ad group and keywords
- One ad group. The default max CPC of the ad group is 1.00 in the currency of your Google Ads account.
- Keywords. The keywords of the selected cluster, all as Exact match.
- No negative keywords. Add negative keywords later through Hero AI, or turn on the Block wasting search terms automation.
The ad
- One responsive search ad with the 15 headlines and 4 descriptions from the Generate ad copy step.
- Pinned headlines. Keyword headlines are pinned to position 1, Benefit headlines to position 2, and CTA headlines to position 3.
- Final URL. The landing page from the Set up your campaign step.
- Display path. Made from your seed keyword.
Sitelinks and other extensions
Hero Marketer attaches the sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, and prices that you picked to the new campaign, at campaign level.
Sitelinks from Generate with AI are also in your account at account level. Hero Marketer created them when you clicked Generate with AI, before you published. See Add sitelinks.
If publishing fails
If publishing fails, Hero Marketer removes the campaign and its budget. If Hero Marketer cannot remove a part, that part stays paused and does not spend. Sitelinks from Generate with AI stay in your account, because Hero Marketer created them before you published.
What the wizard cannot create
The wizard creates Search campaigns only. It cannot create Performance Max, Display, Shopping, Video, Demand Gen, or App campaigns. Each wizard campaign has one ad group, one country, and English as its language.
The wizard does not have a budget field. It does not offer Target CPA or Target ROAS bidding. Hero AI cannot create campaigns or ad groups.
Change the campaign after you publish
- Hero AI can pause or enable the campaign, its ad group, its ad, or its keywords. It can add or remove keywords and negative keywords. It can change the daily budget, the bidding strategy, and Target CPA or Target ROAS. It can also apply new ad copy. You approve each change on a card.
- Google Ads is necessary for location, language, network, and ad schedule settings. It is also necessary for max CPC bids on existing keywords and ad groups, sitelinks and extensions, and new ad groups.
