The Monday digest

Each Monday, Hero Marketer sends you the last week of each business. The digest shows the alerts that need you, a quick summary for each platform, the changes and their results, and the pace against your target. It also has a short version for your CEO.

When the digest arrives​

The digest comes each Monday from 8am, in the time zone of the first ad account of the business. The digest shows last week, from Monday to Sunday.

Who gets the digest​

  • Email. The owner and each editor of the business. Viewers do not get the digest.
  • Slack. The Slack channel of the owner, when Slack is connected and works.

What the digest shows​

  • What needs you. The number of open alerts, and the top 3 alerts.
  • Quick summary. One line for each platform, with a next step. This is the free quick summary. The digest never includes the AI summary.
  • Changes and results. The number of changes last week, and up to 3 changes from the last 30 days with their results. See Review.
  • Pace this month. The month so far against your target, or against your daily budgets. See Monthly targets.
  • Open Review. A button that opens Review in Hero Marketer.

Forward the digest to your CEO​

The For your CEO box shows results only: the spend and its change from the week before, the conversions of each platform, and the pace against your target. The spend shows only when Hero Marketer can convert the spend of all accounts to your reporting currency.

  1. In the digest email, click Forward to your CEO. Your email app opens a new email with the text of the box only.
  2. Type the email address of your CEO.
  3. Send the email.

Stop the Monday digest​

  1. In a digest email, click Stop the Monday digest.
  2. On the page that opens, confirm.

This stops the digest for you, for that business only. The Slack message stops only when the owner stops the digest.

To start the digest again, go to Settings > Alerts. Turn on Monday digest.

What the digest does not do​

  • The digest has no AI summary, and it spends no credits.
  • Hero Marketer sends the digest one time each week. If a send fails, Hero Marketer does not send it again that week.
  • You cannot change the day or the time of the digest.
