Compare plans
Hero Marketer has three plans, Pro ($20/mo), Growth ($50/mo), and Agency ($100/mo). They differ on Google Ads accounts, products per account, and included monthly credits; every plan has the same features.
How credits work
Credits pay for AI generation in Hero Marketer, 1 credit is roughly $1 of underlying AI cost. Your plan includes monthly credits (20 Pro, 50 Growth, 100 Agency); AI work like campaign building and Hero AI chat spends them.
Buy more credits
When you're low or out of credits, buy a top-up, $20 buys 20 credits, and purchased credits roll over indefinitely. Buy from the sidebar credit balance, the out-of-credits screen, or the plan page.
Change your plan
Change your plan any time from Account → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount; downgrades take effect at the next renewal with no refund.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel from Account → Plan → Manage billing in the Paddle portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal but keeps your access through the end of the current billing period. Your Google Ads campaigns keep running.
Refund policy
You can get a full refund within 14 days of a subscription charge if you've used less than 10% of that period's credits, 2 on Pro, 5 on Growth, 10 on Agency. Request it from /contact.
Update payment method
Change the card or payment method on file from Account → Plan → Manage billing, then Payment method in the Paddle portal. The change is live immediately and applies to your next renewal.
View invoices
Find your invoices in the Paddle billing portal at Account → Plan → Manage billing, under Invoices or Receipts. Paddle also emails an invoice with a PDF after every charge.
View credit activity
Find your full credit ledger at Account → Activity, every credit grant (monthly refresh, top-up) and every spend (campaign creation, Hero AI turn, regeneration), newest first.
