Buy credits

Hero Marketer is pay as you go. One credit costs $1. You buy credits in packs of 20 for $20. Credits do not expire. Paddle takes the payment. The credits go into your balance when Paddle confirms the payment.

How to buy​

  1. Click your credit balance at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click Buy credits ($20). The Paddle checkout opens on the page.
  3. Choose a payment method and pay.
  4. Wait for the confirmation. It shows the credits that were added and your new balance. This usually takes a few seconds.

You can also buy a pack from these places:

  • Settings > Billing. Click Buy credits ($20). To open Billing, click your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Billing.
  • The dialog that opens when an action needs more credits. Click Buy 20 credits.
  • A locked page. Click Buy 20 credits for $20.

If the balance does not update​

Paddle confirms each payment to Hero Marketer in the background. This usually takes a few seconds. If you see Payment received. Your credits will show up in a moment., wait one minute and refresh the page. If the balance is still incorrect after a few minutes, email support@heromarketer.io. Include the email address that you used to pay.

Buy more than one pack​

Each purchase is one $20 pack of 20 credits. To add more credits, buy again. Paddle sends a separate receipt for each pack. There is no discount for more packs, and credits do not expire.

If you do not want to watch your balance, auto top up can buy a pack for you when your balance goes below 5 credits. Auto top up is a yearly credit subscription.
