How we operate
Hero Marketer is independent and customer funded. Subscriptions and credit purchases cover the costs of running the company. There are no investors to satisfy, which lets us spend time building tooling specifically for B2B SaaS marketing teams instead of chasing wider markets.
How we price
Credits are priced to cover two things: the AI work behind each generation, and the cost of running an independent company. The providers charge us by token; on top of that, the price carries a margin that keeps Hero Marketer self-funded and answerable to customers instead of investors. That's the whole pricing logic — no algorithm is trying to push you toward more credits.
This is also why Hero Marketer doesn't run a free trial. Most consumer AI tools that offer one are funded by venture capital and absorb the cost as a customer acquisition expense. We can't do that, and we wouldn't want to. Subsidised trials get paid for somewhere, usually through higher prices on paying customers or by cutting depth from the product.
The way to evaluate without risk is the full refund available within 14 days. Subscribe, use the product for two weeks, and request a full refund if you've used 10% or less of your monthly credit allocation. That's 2 credits on Pro, 5 on Growth, 10 on Agency. See Refund policy for how it works.
For details on credits and pricing, see How credits work and Compare plans.
What you get in return
Hero Marketer is built specifically for B2B SaaS marketing. The product makes assumptions a generalist tool can't make. Your customer is researching software. Buying decisions involve multiple people. Search intent is layered. The funnel runs from problem aware to vendor aware to evaluation. Those assumptions show up in concrete places.
- Keyword clusters group by buyer intent stage, not by surface text similarity.
- Ad copy variations are tuned to where the searcher is in the SaaS funnel.
- Hero AI knows which questions are diagnostic versus strategic for software ads and answers accordingly.
A horizontal AI tool would have to flatten these assumptions to also work for plumbers and lawyers. Pricing pressure on those tools makes the flattening worse over time. Hero Marketer is going the other direction.
If you don't run B2B SaaS Google Ads, this product probably isn't for you. We're fine with that.
