Hero Marketer makes it easy to manage all your Google Ads accounts in one place. Whether you're running campaigns for a single business or multiple clients, you can connect, monitor, and optimize your accounts with just a few clicks.
Prerequisites
Active Hero Marketer account
Google Ads account with administrative access (verify access level)
Account in good standing with Google Ads (check account status)
Account Dashboard
Viewing Your Accounts
The account dashboard shows you everything you need to know about your connected accounts:
Account names and IDs for easy reference
Number of active products in each account
Account currencies and timezones (synced from your Google Ads settings)
Quick access to account actions
Note: Currency and timezone settings are fetched directly from your Google Ads account. To change these settings, you'll need to update them in your Google Ads account settings first.
Adding a New Account
Go to Settings → Google Ads Accounts
Click "Connect Google Ads" at the top of the page
Sign in with your Google account
Choose the account you want to connect
Wait for the success message
That's it! Your account is now connected and ready to use with Hero Marketer.
Switching Accounts
Need to use a different Google Ads account? Here's how:
Find your current account in the list
Click "Replace Account"
Confirm you want to switch
Connect your new account
Don't worry! Your current account stays active until the new one is ready, so your campaigns won't be interrupted.
Working with Multiple Accounts
With Hero Marketer, you can:
Connect as many accounts as you need
Switch between accounts easily
Keep each account's data separate
Monitor all your accounts from one screen
Removing an Account
To disconnect an account:
Find the account you want to remove
Click "Delete Account"
Read the warning message carefully
Confirm to disconnect
Important: Make sure to save any campaign data you need before disconnecting, as you won't be able to access it in Hero Marketer afterward.
