Overview
Hero Marketer allows you to connect multiple Google Ads accounts, making it easy to manage and optimize campaigns across different businesses or clients from a single dashboard. Each account can be individually optimized with our AI powered tools while maintaining separate budgets and targeting strategies.
Prerequisites
Active Hero Marketer account
Google Ads account with administrative access (verify access level)
Permissions to manage OAuth consent and API access
Account in good standing with Google Ads (check account status)
Adding a New Account
1. Access Account Management
Click your account name in the sidebar to open the account menu
Look for the "Add Account" option at the bottom of the account list
Select it to begin the connection process
2. Connect Your Account
Click the "Connect Google Ads" button to initiate OAuth authentication
Sign in with your Google account that has access to the desired Google Ads account
Review and grant the required permissions for campaign optimization
Choose the specific Google Ads account from your available accounts list
3. Complete Setup
Enter your product or business information to help our AI understand your goals
Review account settings including:
Default campaign preferences
Budget thresholds and alerts
Reporting preferences
Wait for initial data sync (typically 5-15 minutes for most accounts)
4. Verify Connection
Look for the green success message confirming account connection
Watch the progress indicator as your Google Ads data syncs
Review the AI analysis of your account data
Managing Multiple Accounts
Click your current account name in the sidebar to open the account switcher
Browse your list of connected accounts, each showing:
Account name and ID
Current optimization status
Last sync time
Select an account to load its dashboard and campaign data
